Your New Favorite Band: Sack-o'-Woes

Hailing from the cow infested area around Hoorn, these garage punkers know how to rock hard.

With members from Dutch legendary punk bands as Antidote, the Vernon Walters and the Hungry I, you wouldn't expect anything else. Besides those punk veterans we find drummer Bob, who played along with Stunion P. while one of our guitarists found it necessary to live abroad. The classic Stunion P. song In de kroeg met Stunion P. feature lyrics from this all round rocker.

Featured here is Afterlife from the Sack-o'-Woes 'Baby, I'm Born Old' 7". A great song, which mainly makes me want to play some garage punk myself. Fast, loud and catchy!

Their next gig is sunday april 30th at the Queensday festival at Perron 55 in Venlo with Nine Pound Hammer, Retarded + more. If you happen to be around, make sure to catch their performance.

Visit the Official Sack-o'-Woes website for more mp3s, and an (almost) complete band tree (where's Stunion P., Bob?).
