Recently I discovered the Sentric Blog. Sentric Music helps unsigned and independent artists to claim royalties that they are entitled to for every gig they play. At the moment they aim their services mainly at bands performing in the UK. Their blog, though, is great reading for everyone.
A great post to start reading is The ten essential Sentric posts you should know about.... What nice is that they not only list their best articles, but add some insights they gained after writing the original articles.

Plus an email contact list of over 1million... yes.. i know it sounds crazy but 2 years of planning has made me very lucky. I am working working with a hand full of unsigned, indie and major artist right now, and i would like to extend my servics to you.
